Never tried it. From Puch Supps page: ZMA is a combination of zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6 and is commonly used by serious bodybuilders and strength athletes to improve strength and power and overall athletic performance

At the moment I am on daily

1x GNC pro mass

1x 100% whey protein (to supplement protein for a meal)

1x animal stak multi

3x EFA

1x sport multi

4x BCAA

2x creatine before a workout (cycled)

So yeah I rattle all throughout the day \:D/

Dosages are so low they are hardly going to make a difference IMO. Unless you weigh all of 50kg that is...

haha whoops :? yeah probably, any good?

I just buy Zinc, Magnesium & B6 as separate supps & take them before bed.

The magnesium acts as a muscle relaxant, the zinc aids in the production of testosterone & the B6 aids in the production of aminos (protein builders).

Whether they work or not, I tend to get a much better sleep taking these supps so it's worth it to me.
