Hey everyone on nzbb.

Big ups, great site.

Ive been told by a family member that i need to jump in here and introduce myself before i ask any questions.

Feels like a job interview almost.

Im a 21 year old male.

Ive been doing weights for about 5 years now,

nothing too streneus, just for fitness :D

Im 178cm and sit around 89-91kg.

I have a bit of work to do.

I went to watch a relative compete at a comp last year and it kinda motivated me so ive decided to set myself a goal,

I want to compete in a comp in october. I heard that this was the place to be if i wanted to stay informed.

I started laying what i think is the ground work for it in feb... Gained about 4kg in March but then nothing for a while so i slaked off.

But ive stepped it up over the last 5 weeks,

with a decent, like minded training partner and we think were getting into it quite nicely.

We had a fat cliper test a week into our training rageme and not suprisingly found I was 17% fat. A little motivation lol

Have been intending on getting pre workout mesurements, will post them when i have the time.

I hope thats how im sposed to introduce myself?!
