Hi, has anyone out there tried prostanol? Just wondering what sort of results you had with it. Did you take it with creatine?

i think it is basicaly just a multi vit. could be thinking of something else though,

When i googled it it appears to be a belnd of vits herbs and mins to promote a healthy prostate.

Yeah I just found it too, i wasnt too far off the mark, could well be a reasonable product but not something I would be using as a staple bodybuilding product.

This is what I have read about it

Prostanol 50 stimulates the appetite, increases libido and testosterone within the body. Prostanol increases the Luteinizing hormone (LH). LH is produced in the pituitary gland and increases natural testosterone production. It is this natural increase of testosterone production that is so important to athletes as it increases strength and aids in protein synthesis leading to increased muscle size.

Prostanol works by naturally increasing the body's own production of testosterone. There are no side effects like those associated with synthetic testosterone boosters. Natural feedback mechanisms within the body stop hormone levels getting too high.

Nice link CTB some of thier product write ups are a bit corny but that 4 kg protien doesnt look too bad how many serves do you get from it and at what amount of protien per serve.
