PROTEIN JELLY

Ingredients

1 packet Weight Watchers Jelly

1 serve vanilla protein

Mix jelly crystals with 1 cup boiled water and stir until dissolved. Allow to cool.

Mix 1 cup cold water with 1 serve vanilla protein. Mix well, set in fridge.

This will look more like instant pudding, but tastes great!

PANCAKE

4-6 egg whites

1 scoop van protein

1/2 teaspoon ginger

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

blend or whisk together (it may be lumpy but dont worry). Lightly spray a non-stick pan with oil. Cook, flip, cook. Add a spread of peanut butter, some defrosted/fresh berries and a little diet yogurt.
