What a great day, exceptionally well run and from a sponsors point of view great value exposure for the BSc brand, getting to introduce it to a whole new potential client base.

Very proud to get onstage with all the NZ Pros- just unfortunate I got placed next to Big Kiwi, the man creates a solar eclipse inside at night he's so big!

My show highlights were the top 2 Classic men, great abs vs Brutal arms, and both with artistic structure.

the Under 70 open mens class, the side chest with Dan, Supri and Karl side by side has to be the comparison of the year!

Michelle condition in winning the Overall womens - granite.

the 80-90 Open mens, both with such different strengths and both in the shape of their lives.

The biggest highlight, was seeing the emotion on the faces of Dan and Michelle winning the Overall titles- both well deserved and well earned.

Great to see the title so valued.

Well done to everyone who gave it their all and turned up in the shape of their lives, winning or losing it is the quality of the competition that creates the glory in the title of National Champion.

Couldn't agree more, when I stood next to them the first thing that ran through my head was 1st and 2nd. Both represented exactly what Classic Class is all about. Something to aim for

I know when I grow up I want a physique like Aaron Noble (although a foot taller), he is certainly an inspiration and role model for me and I wish it was as simple as saying "next year" but it ain't.

Got some serious planning, training and eating ahead of me. Will be coming to you soon with my plan and looking for feedback..... stay tuned

Competitions are all about competing, if it was so easy to win we would give up training so hard. We need to respect the judges decisions on the day, and move on and ahead to make ourselves better. Maybe we are competing in a wrong class and our physique suits a different class. A judges feedback on the day or near to competition completion can help you reach the end result that you want to achieve.

Also thanks for all the pics Autechre, they show just what a great competitor Dan Hibbs is and just how fantastic he looked right in between Sanjeev and Grant. He derserves that overall for sure. Irresprective of anything that was a great show and I am so glad I went. Id be kicking myself If I didnt.

I agree totally with Michaelk's post. Congratulations to all the competitors, there were some very tough classes. Exciting to see the numbers per class increasing. Thank you Terry, Mark and team, it was a pleasure to be invovled in such a well organised event.
