Whatup.

I've been a member for a while to read the posts, but I finally acquired a weight machine to get started with a few weeks ago. Since then I've kept to my routine and I'm starting to feel the results. Reading everyone's journals and seeing the results has been a real motivator.

I was hoping someone could link a good guide containing what exercises to do for each muscle group and what exercises to do on the same day.

I have a lot to learn so I'd better get reading.
