im about 64kg at about 172 cm tall.im not sure but last time i checked i was about 9 or 10 percent bodyfat im acually 17 but 18 in like 2 months so im hoping to get to mid 70 kg in about 6 months

hey buddy try tweaking it a bit

Morning - 7:30AM - rolled oats / porridge (1/2 cup Uncooked quantity, obvioulsy cook this much) , Protein shake, 1 piece of fruit.

Morning tea 10:00AM - 1cup cooked (brown) Rice mixed with veges and 200g cooked chicken.

Lunch 12:30PM - Can of tuna and a mandarin or two, protein shake, You need a serving of carb in here, go for 4x pieces of wholemeal toast, or potatoe, or brown rice.

Snack 3:PM - Rice mixed with veges and 200g (Cooked) chicken, or pasta and afterwards an apple.

1700 Work followed immediately by high protein shake and a piece of fruit.

Tea 1830 - 2 peices of steak(250-300gm)(or chicken breast depending on what gets cooked) with a few potatoes and mixed veges.

Snack 2100 - Can of tuna wholemeal toast with a couple of peices of fruit

Before bed 10:30 - (or a protein shake with some peanut butter on toast and some fruit). I would probably recomend you taking this meal out, as 6 meals at your body weight should be cool, and you will might have trouble sleeping if you eat this late.

you had some good ideas on the diet. I think the biggest thing you need to watch is to keep the calorie intake relatively constant and at regular intervals. no further apart than 3 hours, sooner and more reg if you can. the weights i put in there are uncooked weights (as this is the way the measure comes). see what you think and enjoy the continuous eating :)

yea im going to give it a good go. if you swallow eggs raw is it still good for you?

Also i went grocery shopping but i was a bit short on cash this week as i had a few extra bills. but i did get healthy food but i wont be able to afford any whey protein or anything. dam its expensive

has any1 tryed Mutant Mass?? if so what were your results

i know it aint what you wanna hear but put some weight on before you take gear, at least get to 75kgs....

hey buddy, at 18 now is the time that your natural test is at one its highest levels. eat lots train hard, and you will naturally grow. I wouldn't look at considering gear at least until you are 21. by than you will be more mature to make an informed decesion. don't take this out of context. but if I started training and eating properly at 18 i would be a lot bigger than i am now, I was a late starter so to speak :) I also think that 5kg of good "uality muscle"is a bit optimistic. the pros put on about that in a good dedicated year. However you should definately put on 5kg in six month, it might just be a bit of chub. keep it up and see you on stage soon

and yess im going to put all the hard yards in now while im still growing then mayb oneday if i feel i need more then hit the gear

yup wise choice, your only young and still growing by sounds of your weight, until you can afford to be spending hundreds on protein and food/supps etc then yea just train naturally. :nod:

VERY GOOD ADVICE

i could afford to go get roids tomorrow but whats the point if i cant afford to fuel by body for the duration of the cycle

yeah bro but remember a good sized tub of protein can last over a month. oh yeah and it doesn't cause lung cancer, liver disease, stain your skin, annoy people around you, make you go out in the cold to eat it.

Exactly. $21 x 4 = $84 a month. Perhaps some budgeting skills are in order.

i could afford to go get roids tomorrow but whats the point if i cant afford to fuel by body for the duration of the cycle

if you can afford the gear, you can afford the fuel. Seems to be a few misconceptions as to whats required to get growth when your on a cycle.

i recommend hitting your natural peak before even considering it - besides at 18 years your producing more than enough test to get some good gains. See too many young guys get impatient and create imbalances in their physique through jumping in too soon. I wish I had started at 18. Jo Ulberg had the Pan Pacific overall tittle at 19 years of age.

If your ecto you need to push your b/fat up to the 12% range and maintain. So carb up and add some MCT to your shakes for extra cals. (a cheat day or two wouldn't hurt either - 3 big macs and a choclate shake for lunch is a good pre leg session meal off season)
