lunchtime : add some complex carbs in there.... a LOT of them

teatime:add a few more potatoes

8pm:keep the fruit and tuna but add some more carbs in there, brown rice.

before bed: have a protein shake with a big scope of peanut butter in it and some olive oil and have your eggs in brown bread.

think that should be good .... maybe add some more veges in there too.

It's ok

I notice that the time between your breakfast{7am} and next meal at 10.30 is 3 1/2 hr

That's a bit long, after you haven't eaten for three hours you body goes into what is termed "survival mode",where the metabolism slows down to preserve energy.

When you next eat there's a good chance that your body will try to save some calories as fat.

It is important to keep your body in an anabolic state and if you're not feeding your body regularly it will go into a catabolic state and begin eating muscle for fuel. This is the last thing that any bodybuilder wants so always have food at hand. I try to eat at least every 2 hours. This doesn't always have to be solid food, but could be a meal replacement or a protein drink with some fruit. As long as you're giving your body fuel to work with you'll be fine. Also, by eating frequently you help prevent cravings for junk food, as when you get too hungry you can end-up desiring fast food to satisfy your hunger.

hey subz, so i take it your a 18 year old ectomorph (hardgainer)? whats your stats eg. weight, height, training routine and frequency etc. that may give us a better and more thorough idea of where you are and what you could be doing or changing. was reading your posts in the right diet on gear thread. honestly mate you will still grow really easily because you are so young and supplement technology is so good these days that you can build a very respectable physique just on diet, training and supplements alone.

Kumera has a higher GI than Potato. Eat some brow Basmati Rice, Wholegrain Pasta, and Rolled Oats if you want some quality easy carbs.

How much do you weigh and what is your short term target weight?

Hard to adjust your diet not knowing the above.

Also what BF % are you at currently?
