Do some searching on the net. Have a look at the ingreadiants. Have a look on some international forums and see what people say.

The real pump and pose and syntherol are of equal quality and the only real SEO's, the rest are just bath tub brewed MCT's and the one that put Milos in to anaphilactic (sp?) shock was a knock off of the real P n P
