Hi all,

Male 36 - Ive been training 10 or so years but have recently moved to Powerlifting.

Did'nt even 'think' that there would be a local forum, so am stoked Ive found it.

Incidentallly, ripped my left Pec this morning at on a heavy Bench Press and am now strapped up to the hilt - not stoked considering Ive only just got over a back injury...is there a pattern here?....

Looking forward to chatting with ya'all.

Hey Ingbdr,

Welcome to the Board.

Sorry to hear about the Pec, just after the back injury.

The only pattern might be dropping the reps upping the weight before your tendon strength is up to speed. But you have been training for a while so could be right off track
