Omfg man!! sum1 please close this thread!! i never even f**king said i was going to take em!! I asked a simple question which was dose it still work if you arnt dieting properly and i got my answer so u guys dont have to spam about taking meth and bs like that. You guys wouldnt no if im dieting well or not. i could have just gone and seen a nutritionist for all yous no. nothing pissed me off more then people who judge others they no nothing about

when the cycle is complete try switching to a high protein low carb heaps of meth and you will cut up a charm.

I mean hey they make it out of eph anyway.. Plus training intensity is unparalleled.

Yeah that's good advice.

If you want your body to look good just take some meth.it should come up really nice.

Yeah, again SubZ you're taking everything as an attack. Considering you have been posting your current and future diet plans on this thread and in another one we do have some idea that things could be improved in your diet-some have already given you helpful advice, and you have just posted above that you've had a two month break from the gym, which gives us an idea of your current level of training.

Getting pissy when people offer advice is not going to get you results. It's good that you have gone to see a nutritionist, that's a good start.

yes i am thinking about it. and when i say i havnt been to the gyn in a while i mean like 2 months and i didnt say i was gunna start gear right away. god why is there so many people on this site who are so negative.. i came here to ask questions not to get spammed by people who want a higher post count. And i am going to start my diet on the 26th

It's a life style change

You have to programme yourself in to new habits.

Your seem to be doing well so far

Use the $$$ you save from not smoking to buy bodybuilding supplements

This will help you become more focused on your goal.

The more you put into it the more you get out of it.

If anabolic supplements keep you of the smokes and alcohol, I think that is a good thing.

You have a lot of learning to do,knowledge is the key{after genetics} in bodybuilding.
