i usually have my protein shake an hour before the gym, iSatori Isa-Test should be taken an hours before the gym too. can these two products being taken at the same time together?

Cant see how it would hurt, as you can take it with or without food on non training days. So its unlikely to stop the effects. Might just take a tiny bit longer to get into your system.

Worked fine when i tried it out, took a few days to notice the effects properly but it did what it says.
