Hi guys, i eat really really healthy and train hard all the time. I love eating healthy and have a very strict diet. Never stray one iota. I find dieting or eating healthy very easy. What I dont understand is whats all the big deal and fuss made about eating healthy. Its so easy. :lol:

some one mentioned fat burners to me the other day and swears they work. I have seen them advertiesd in the past and totally ignored them as being a gimmick. Any one ever tried them or believe they work in anyway?

Sounds like you're on te right track!

Stick to the diet.you can have a sugary treat after training then back the clean.

hey yeah, now theres a good thought. liposuckion! Hey on a more serious note and maybe off topic a little.. Wifey trains in boxing, wants to get stronger. problem is, with her schedule she can only train once a week. Not perfect but at least she's doing it. I have suggested she just does: squats, deadlifts, dumbell press, seated pulley rows and shrugs. Finished off by Tris and Bis if she has the energy. Shrugs/traps are important for strong kneck to take the punches, and for boxing always helps to have strong tris for punchs and bis for uppercuts. But I thought the first compound exercieses were most important for pure strenght gains and got her to get down to between 3 to 5 reps. Any thoughts on what I have suggested. Should she ditch the squats or the deadlifts? They are almost the same exercise. Well sort of? Any thoughts guys?

No its not always easy, just stick to ur gunns best u can and weed out the treats over a few weeks and youll be all good, if you don't really want to reach your goals then you prob won't get there in this sport!

I have days where I feel like this. But then you gotta remember that no one makes you diet. You chose to do it, so suck it up buttercup :twisted:
