Help. Models needed for photo comp.

Hello everyone,

This is a pretty random request.

I'm a novice photographer who each year enters the annual Auckland Photo day, which is a competition where amateur photographers are set a specific 24 hour period taking photos in and around Auckland city and it's surroundings.

This year I have envisioned a shot which includes about four men, who are either body builders or have a cut body to blend in with a natural Auckland habitat setting.

The shot will be in black and white, will be quite arty, and will require the men to pose in Speedos blending in with the natural setting, which includes rocks and greenery. The shot will be the mixture of nature and body. It is important, for the shot to be successful, for the men to have a defined body, so the shape can blend in well with the natural surroundings.

Unfortunately, I can't offer any money for your help, but am willing to provide you with free shots. Last year, one of my photos was a finalist in the comp and it did get to be in an exhibition and published in national papers.

The competition is on Saturday 7th of June, and I am hoping to shoot in the morning in Auckland.

Hey P4P, thanks for posting here. Every now and then we get a photographer dropping by looking for a body. I don't think we've ever had one provide us with as much info as you have though - it's obvious you're serious about it, and have done your planning, so thanks for that. sorry, i would be keen to help out. but am out of shape, and too far away. I would be interested in seeing the finished shots though. Personally I am trying to find a photographer to get some portraits done after my comp later this year. anyone know of any?
