Thanks bro. Awesome reply. Now what the f*ck do I do with the Kre Alkaline I bought last night

HMMMM I'm thinking use it :pfft:

FLEX made very good points but you have to remember all our bodies react slightly differently to supplements. I'm personally around 90kgish off season and have had great results from 8 caps Kre-alk a day (4 before and after workouts). Another thing to think about is just how much water your are going to retain and if your are competing whats sort of issues that may cause.

Just my opinion, but always give supps a chance so you can see how they affect you.

just to add my five cents. been using creatine for a few years now and have mixed success. have discovered that it works best with a high protein high sugar mix. (i.e high cal protein powder, and cretine before a work out). and once in the morning with breakfast. Cycling the cretine is the best, to give the kidneys etc a rest. i stay on for 4 weeks and off for 1. Water retention does occur. but if you look at the biology of creatine it makes sence. as the cretine aids in the synthesis of ATP (adenosine triphosphate) which is like the cells energy currency. and as the cell is around 80% water the more water the easier the ATP is transported to the cell walls for use. the more energy expelled by the cell the more you can lift, and the faster the recovery, this with a combination of a continuous supply of amnio acids (protein), and this leads to muscle synthesis.
