Bodybuilding.com not shipping to NZ

Heya

Some folks here got entire shipments rejected by bodybuilding.com, who said they're not shipping to NZ.

Stuff that'd just get seized at the border I can understand, but this was bb.com saying they'd stopped entirely, even whey.

Anyone else run into this?

I've been getting my Optimum Nutrition protein powder from them for a year or two now, never had an issue. Granted it is always checked by customs here in NZ but I can understand that, my only advice is stick to products that are readily available here in nz and you will be fine. Even with shipping it still works out cheaper to buy say 10kg of protein powder from them than it is retail in NZ.

Another hot tip (not that my advice was hot) when you place your order it will give you the option to enter a coupon for further discount, google "bodybuilding.com coupons" and you will find a code you can use. It will save you at least 10% from your purchase.

I imagine you have to earn that coupon, making taking it from google stealing, I think I'd rather pay the extra 10% and support the industry than rip them off.

By the looks of it they are pretty happy to have their logo on the discounting site...

Indeed, so aslong as its off legal websites no problem :)

I appreciate those of you who dont share the same opinion regarding the use of coupons as theft.......

In reality it's usually the same code everytime and BB.com will generally send you a discount voucher (via email) after your order anyway, the problem for me is that the coupon usually expires long before I use the protein powder up.

If I didn't believe in loyalty and supporting the company I wouldn't be a repeat customer, its not the 10% discount that makes me come back.

I'm sure there are many people who will read this and who will appreciate a small saving, its certainly not a cheap hobby at the best of times and every cent counts (need to pay for petrol). I would hate to think how much it would cost if I actually stuck to taking supplements the way I should, probably a good thing that I am as slack as I am on that front :D

As a small footnote, I would happily buy ON from NZ Muscle but I really like the banana cream flavour and they dont have it.

u dnt get anywhere supporting local and worrying about other peoples pockets. go hard!!

Yeah that's what I think. If you feel that bad you could always donate the difference between bb.com and our sellers to a charity.

I discovered my problem-they ask for verification of your credit card details (a photocopy of both sides of your credit card or a credit card statement) if you get your stuff shipped to an address other than your bill address, I wanted my stuff shipped to work as they can't really deliver the stuff if no-one's home as I have a gate and a dog.
