hello NZ body builders and people affar!

first of all I would like to say thank you heaps Pseudonym for creating an awsome site, I have learnt so much during the time so far and will continue to use this site not only as a great resource but motivation as well

I should probably say somthing about myself as well, I have been lifting weights for approximatley 4 years on and off, although started getting serious about it about a year ago. I am a qualified personal trainer and in My final year of university doing both PE and Health and a Teaching degree.

I am 22 years old and weighing in at a staggering 75kg :pfft: at the moment with approximatley 12-13% bf

my goals for this year are to weigh in at 77kg @ 6-8% bf before New Year

I also want to increase my strength throughout the year my lifts at the moment are as followed. increasing these lifts are seccondary goals although i would like to bring up my deads and squats.

Bench: 110

Squat: 130

Dead: 150

SO this is me, i think that i can contribute to this site from a different angle than the usual BBrs here so HI every1

i didnt know the guy so didnt really want to risk my job or anything. although, if you think about it we were trading services, the same way tradesmen would do deals with each other.

I would if given the chance again accepted meat, equipment, or deals on anything legit tho

Welcome Craig, your lifts are pretty good for 75kgs mate!

thanks biggurl27, i dont think they are that great, although I compare myself to my gym partner who is 90kg with a deadlift of 220 last week  im trying to catch him but he improves just as much as i do
