It would be so easy not to post any pictures and I am sure I am not the only one....... made worse by the quality of competition (damn you andrew, looking awesome :clap: ).

Anyway, here they are. 9 weeks out from competition so diet is already pretty clean, got to step up the dreaded cardio though - dammit.

I wonder if I could ask some advice or is that perhaps a little cheeky, I am still deciding between 70-80kg novice and classic class. What do you reckon?

Currently 83kg at 1.78m (probably about 10%), aiming for high 70's and as lean as I can manage.

Here we go,

I'm unconvinced that I've made progress from the first set except that the photos are taken in better light and settings etc (plus I put some tan on for these BELIEVE IT OR NOT!)

Injury didn't help, but I hope to be on track for final set.
