Hey NZMM, Just realised who you are. You drive a GTO on chromes right? Used to train at LM Extreme?

I remember when you trained here a year or so ago, thought you were a monstar! Im sure you will recognise me if I find an old photo when I was skinny.

Haha yep thats me, I still got the GTO, bloody thing costs me an arm and a leg. I'm a bit smaller now, but hopefully got some muscle memory to kick in in the next few months.

I'm a buck short & a day late :(

I took these pics last night & in haste to get out & see my girl, I forgot to take them off the camera - I'll let the other contestants decide whether or not they'll except my lame ass excuses :pray:

I'm badly out of shape at the moment - I just lost around 10 - 12 kg's with a bad dose of glandular fever over the last 2 months so this is good motivation to get back in the gym & sort myself again.

(even if I did have some sort of body to show off at the moment, I can't pose to save myself so be gentle).

That is a pretty lame excuse, Cammo, but you touched my heart with your glandular fever sob-story. A friend of mine was hospitalised with it over Christmas, so I know it can be pretty nasty. If entering the Challenge helps you back on your feet, then go for it.

And Sam, if you can get your pics up quickly, I'll pretend not to see the timestamp on yours either. Just to satisfy NZMM's curiosity. :wink:

everything was bigger b4 xmas then it all just turned to shit partyed too much, no gear no pct no food lol.

im back up to bout 97-99kg, same as i was in my journal pics, but a lil harder and leaner now. next lot of pics ill take them better.

delts i do

shoulder press exercise

side raise

another press exercise

front raise

another press exercise

rear delt flys

then traps.

Pretty high volume stuff then....

You goota party it up when ya young... bodybuilding can wait! Besides, most guys peak when they are in their mid to late 30's... plenty of time for some growing...

thats what i keep telling myself :nod: i only stated lifting more then food to my mouth 2yrs ago

no i'm not, ive posted that pic in pic section not long after it was taken, i never said thats what i looked like now, plenty of people on here use a old compertion photo for avitar, at least i have a pic of myself worth showing and dont have to use mr t :x
