Protein powder or not?

i on fairly strick diet during 5days training and then eat it up large in the wkend so that when monday comes my body gets a kick into routine again to get max resaults, but still take protein shakes to help repair in wknd. it seems to b workin as in last 4-5mths ive gone from 15%bf to 10% with out loosing size or weight :nod:

I actually read that pot decreases lactic acid in tissue..

lol speaking of pot, i spoke to a guy whos competed heaps of times in nz and trains at my gym, he puffs he gunjar hard!! looks mean as and reckons it has the opposite effect on him and amps him up to the max.... kinda weird but yeah...

I see a few guys come into the gym stoned, they all stand around laughing and looking down with a slouched neck, do a few bicep curls and leave.

those type of ppl wouldnt do anything more if they werent stoned, so it really makes no difference
