wearing compression skins for training

When they make and XXXL I might try them. Current ones are small for their size label.

yea,but arent they suppose to be tight to prevent muscle fatigue and lactic acid build up??

Yeah they are meant to be really tight. Hence the reason why there's not much use trying them on as you can't really guess what the tightness is supposed to be. Skins have worked out sizing similar to the BMI - height vs Weight. It won't work out quite right for everyone but should be good for the majority. If you've got disproportionately sized biceps you might have trouble though. Skins kit most aussie sports teams out with them though and some of those league boys are pretty big so they have designed them to fit most body types.

They are brilliant for training in. I've had mine for about 18 months but only use them in the colder months. I personally found they helped you keep good posture and aided in recovery. In saying that everybody is different

My bro wears his skins for ruggers training, look snazzy under a pair of shorts to keep your legs warm, and make training harder. He's like size 42 arse and has trouble buying anything to fit, like huge bum and legs, 6 foot 2 so they must make them big enough

Yeah but your brothers upper body is pretty typical of a Leauge player as well - built, but not huge. I am sure they make ones for the rugby freaks with huge quads. Its the upper body I was talking about.

A huge butt and thighs doesn't help either dry.gif

I have the full leg skins and find that I have to practically pour myself into them.. takes me ages to put it on. I couldn't weight train in them but they're awesome for running

Sam you don't put the skins on your upper body mate what you on about? You are much bigger upper body than my bro but I'm sure his bum is the same as yours if not bigger, not that I have been looking at your bum mind, you are younger than my bro and that would be perverted :shifty:
