I think it's good to remind everyone (not just 2guns) that the point of this site is to debate bodybuilding matters, and shit-stirring only derails the topics and interrupts real discussions.

But we've got that message now, and I think that if this topic runs on any longer it'll become counter-productive, too. So it's locked.
