What's up people!

Just wondering what's everyones favourite bodybuilding dvd? Whether it be a paritular Olympia you enjoyed, or the famous Pumping Iron or a particular bodybuilder's dvd or whatever?

It's just that I just recieved in the mail Jay Cutler's most recent dvd 'From Jay to Z', and man it is HOT. Its a 2 disc dvd set and shows things such as Jay speaking extensively about his diet, training, at expos, training in various gyms, muscle beach, at the Arnold, Him opeing his own store, blah blah blah. But the best part i liked is you get to see the day to day life of Jay cutler, from waking up, to his meal routines, his massages, extensive footage of him in his home, to his training, to him handling his various sponsor responsibilities, travelling, shows, etc.... very interesting.

So what about you guys? Any other dvds you've seen that I should add to my collection? ;-)

hmmm good topic.

all time fave will always be "pumping iron",must have watched it 100 times and still enjoy it.No other b/b movie/doco comes near it for entertainment.

Total rebuild is a little like it,but not as good(arnolds 1980 oylmpia come back)

I like ronnie colemans "unbelievible" as its a condensed video of his life as a B/B er with running commentry to keep it interesting.

the oylmpia videos are all ways good.

My biggest grip with most b/b ing dvd's is they can be a little boring after a while if they are pretty much working out the whole time and the b/b er lacks a big personality.

Pumping Iron that is also one of my fav bodybuilding DVD's as well. I have watched Pumping Iron lots of times it is just as good as the first time that I watched Pumping Iron.Other bodybuilding DVD's that I have watched are Arnold the early years which is pretty good expect for one part Arnold speaking in German at a fitness expo in Germany which confuse me because I dont German and Last Ronnie Coleman the cost of Redemption. Which blew me away the first time I watched The cost of Redemption also Ronnie Coleman Leg pressing 2300 pound which I thought was very amazeing. The home gym what Ronnie Coleman has is his home.I thought that is one very flash home gym plus including the hummer and the other cars the Ronnie owns and Ronnie buying a home for his mum as well.

Hmmm, great comments so far fellas.

Yep 'Mr Natural' I know exactly what u mean when it can get a bit boring when all you see is guys working out and thats about it. Thats why Jays newest dvd is good, coz it goes waaay beyond just working out.

I have cost of redemption, Dorian's Blood & Guts and Pumping Iron and yeh i have to agree with rotangs and the rest of you, Pumping Iron is the best for pure entertainment even if you arnt into bodybuilding, well said.

Cheers Guys,

P.S Luigi, gmv are a great source for bodybuilding dvds, but I was on trademe today and have seen a few copies on there also :)
