The guy is a freak! Cardio like pace to his workout, but still has massive strength. Worth a look, and sure to get you training a bit harder next chest session!!

Its funny if you've ever seen interviews with him outside of the gym. He's very quietly spoken and well mannered. But when he's in the gym he flicks the switch and the animal comes out to play!

Update....

Dave Jacobs, the dude training with Branch in the video had a bit of a meltdown over the weekend and killed his girlfriend, IFBB Pro Figure competitor Amanda Savell, and then turned the gun on himself.

He was having a lot of legal troubles due to him being busted for steroid distribution. He took a deal of 3 years probation and in return had to rat out a lot of the people he sold juice to. These people included NFL Football players and police officers. However, he stood to make millions in a tell all book deal, but it seems the pressure was all a bit much for him.
