Glucosamine

Hi,

Does anyone know of a good Glucosamine brand to buy? Im no chemist but im guessing the higher the potency the better..

1500 mgs glucosimine is the recommended daily intake and if you want to add in chrondroiton and msm they are 1200 and 800 rdi respectively

I got some gluc / chond / msm in powder form from a local nutritioner, it was about $35, the brand was nutralife 500g.

Total values come to around

100000mg of Glucosamine

50000mg of MSM

3500mg of Chondroiten

In other terms 15g (3 servings) comes to

3000g Glucosamine

1500g MSM

100g Chondroiten

Looking at "bulkings" rdis, the chondoiten levels seem a bit low however i didnt realise it at the time but it also has creatine in it, 1500mg per 15g, quite low obviously but every bit counts i guess.

Also has a few other vitamins in it, also zinc. I think it was quite a deal. I saw a similar product in pill form for $90 a bottle or something :shock:
