100% Whey Protein Brand Vote

What brand of whey protein do people prefer? EAS, Balance, or others. I am new to body building, and would like professionals here to guide me. Thanks.

It seems Balance has 24.9gm of protein per serve (30gm) compared to 23gm in EAS, and less fat. I am a bit confused.

What brands do most people prefer, thanks.

I like Dymatize, even tho it apparently tests-out as not having the advertised levels of net protein. Didn't like Horleys, Balance WPI was OK, and GNC whey in Oz is ok too.

ON 100% Whey any flavor is fine with this product. I've been using it the past 6-9 months and I'm getting the best results I've ever had.

Good value for money too, with the most BCAAs of any protein.

They are all pretty similar aside from cost and taste.

Isolate is of better quality (Fast Absorbtion, little carbs)

Standardised Whey is cheaper (And obviously not as high grade)

And a Blend can include Cassien/Whey/Whey Isolate/Soy/Egg Albumen - which is far better sutied for use any time other than PWO (Slow Absorbtion and long burning powder - not ideal after you train).

Sugar content PWO shouldn't be a concern unless you are pre comp. Just adjust the amount to get 30-50grams protien per serve.

I think that as well I enjoy using balance 100% whey protein divne choclate it is yum also it good value for money. I have use Balance 100% whey vanilla and caramel which I thought were ok

Balance is OK IMO, ON is better.

ive tried most protein brands and settled with on double rich choc thats the goods..

Just bought a tub of the myofusion protein by gaspari. Damn the double chocolate flavour is devine. Decent protein profile too!
