Well Hello,

I am new to the Forum, so I think an introduction is in order.

Not sure what you would like to hear, but here is a little bit about myself.

I studied Human Movement Sciences and Personal Training. Worked in a Gym for a year as part of my studies, way back in the day. Apart from my studies I have never worked in the Health & Fitness industry.

Been training for 8 years, 110kg pretty good shape.

All this is pretty boring, I would imagine.

Joined the forum to get motivated and see what’s the latest and greatest.

Really interested in all things Bodybuilding & Fitness related.

I have quite a bit of knowledge on training and nutrition so I thought it will be nice to swap some ideas and things.

Anyway that’s me in a nutshell
