The Behind the Neck Press is the best Side Deltoid builder there is. To perform is safely takes time and technique. The key is to use only the deltoids and take as much tricep out of the press as possible.

I remember being told that a really wide grip was the safest way to do a behind the neck press. I suppose that also limits the tricep involvement too.

The 86kg dumbbells are 52cm long. They are made from a solid piece of rod!!!!

They are heaps smaller than my 67kg dumbbells. great for one arm rows and behind the head tricep extensions. Well at certain times of the year anyway, if you know what i mean he he he
