First time I saw them was at a CD comp earlier in the year at Powerhouse. Some maniac was repping out 220kg for a warm up :shock: He was twice my size (had to walk sideways through the door) so I wasn't going to hassle him about all the lycra and nylon!

what he wore a suit to rep out with 220?? :disgusted: Tonka can do that easy without a suit! and 250 if he wants!

It was as a warm up for a bench of 320kg I think??? Was a while ago.

yeah would have been for 305 or 310 which he has done, I'm just winding Tonka up for why he needed a suit for 220!..he eats 220 for breakfast, f*ck he only has to do a pressup and hes damn near benching 220 the dude is that big!

...not sure if I would have been wearing a shirt so early in warm ups D, normally around the 260kg the shirt comes on.
