I cook it all on Monday and freeze it in containers. Just make sure that the chicken has cooled completely BEFORE you seal and freeze it. One of the most common forms of illness is freezing still warm meats and foods etc.

Just cook it the night before, and season after cooking (Lemon pepper kicks ass!) - Stops the meat from sweating too much. Freeze the brown rice, and chill the chicken. Run the rice through hot water with a sift in the morning and combine.

Wouldn't recomend getting sick from being lazy...
