I'm thinking of starting my own training journal but we all know what'll happen to that thread, it'll get ripped - torn - and shredded.

yes we know too, ull post a workout using heavy weights, some1 will hint that yr not natural then ull do the "come find me for a drug test" post then itll all just be down hill from ther with smart remarks lol. if u start a journal ill keep out of it though promise, ill just encourage

id appreciate that, and the weights wont be that big as i have to find a way to train around a bad lower back and rib, but will think about starting one up around July when I plan to get back to some regular training again
