I’ve been training for awhile and thinking of taking some gear. Where does one start?

What would be a good first cycle?

How much do you think a first cycle would cost?

Source, not asking for source, but would the internet be the best option?

anabolic hand book is a good place to start your study.

.Some guys need alot more.I would recommend running a cycle on the low side of the dosages and see how you go.stay on the cautious side and know what your getting yourself into.

above all train smart,hard,eat right,rest right. the highest doses in the world won't amount to much muscle growth if you don't get that right.

research, reseach and reseach.

You need to spend a few hundred hours researching and reading everything you can on the subject of P.E.D (peformance enhancing drugs) you really need to know what your doing before you take the plunge so to speak. Learn for yourself and take advice from people who know what they are talking about but dont believe everything (or most things) you hear, there is a lot of half truth and misinformation out there regarding the subject. Be smart and you'l come accross sorces througe your personal research, dont rush it.

I would be first asking myself how long I have been training for....in comparison to others (you will derive little benefit comparatively without having a solid training background to start with) AND have you really been training that hard AND how old are you AND to where you see this taking you in terms of competing or just life in general. It is a big decision to make and in my opinion too easily made by many! Put it this way...Im often asked if I take steriods and have never touched the stuff or anything of that nature so there is plenty of scope to get big, you just have to work hard and not shortchange your own natural abilities first :?

Instead of jumping straight into steroids and the problems that accompany them.

Why not try an anti-cortisol + a testosterone boosting supplement and a good postworkout meal,with the design of minimizing cortisone breakdown of protein and maximizing anabolism?
