Deadlifts are over 200kg now without straps or belt - Grip is holding me back at the moment. Squats are getting there, should of started training legs ages ago. 115kg of mainly upper body weight doesn't make squats any easier :lol: Bench is geting pretty decent - maybe I should just go to a bench comp :pfft:
