test levels

Although anavar has been show to reduce viseral and abdominal fat in some controlled studies, the real life appliation is nothing to get excited about, you will still get much greated possitive body composition change from test than var.

But give it a go and let us know how it works for you, everyone is different and it may be just what your looking for, though I highly doubt it.

Thank god for normal people who actually want to train hard and dont use drugs to get there. Intelligence in a man is definitely directly related to ball size, as you drug users see your stones shrivel up so does any sense of intelligence. :lol:

Little Cutie, not everyone on this site uses steroids - far from it. You're quite welcome to start a discussion on the pros and cons of drug use. Just do it in a new topic please, rather than changing the subject here.

She's a good girl and wont be posting anything else negative...just looking out for her boss and having a dig after the Miada gym comments by some members with an agenda...but I'm quite capable of looking after myself and have already admitted some of the criticism's are justified to a degree....so lets leave it at that and you can get on with your discussions in peace. :D

Oh and by the way, MR NATURAL, any day, any time, any place you want to take a blood sample and urine sample test with me (as long as you don't peep at my pee pee!) we can do it. Absolutely any time whatsoever. I have no problems if you are using the gear, good on you, well done..but you just made a statement accusing me of doing the same and that simply cannot go unanswered....it is absolutely fine if you want to use it and you are happy with that so be it, but as we all know the only true way to detect a drug user is to make the test completely random and to test by blood and urine..hence my open offer to you at any time whatsoever throughout the year. I don't know what your agenda is but that is my offer in public anytime... :D

I think we both are probably educated enough to know detection times and how to beat drug tests.

I've seen the size of your arms ect,you don't get them from years on T max.Thats years of anabolic growth.

Your probably done with that stage in your your life now anyway.

I don't have any agenda out to get you although it may have come across that way.An earlier thread got up my nose cause it reaked of the b/s advertisments you see in b/b mags of"10 week" pre and post steroid cycle pictures you see promoting cybergenic's or what ever flavour of the month new suppliment a companys trying to flog off on a nieve public.

Just calling it the way i see it.

I'm not gonna call you out.You have a business to front ect...

And hey, if you can maintain those big arms on "t max" or what ever suppliment your pushing while being clean then maybe theres some thing in that.

:clap: i hear what you are saying..but let me add that I started lifting weights when I was 13..I made my own concrete ones on the farm, made a wooden frame to hold a bar for bench pressing and bolted handles in the garage rafters to do wide grip chins plus had a boxing bag..I lived in the High School gym every luncgh time (and some other times I wasnt supposed to be ther!). When I joined Brians Gym in Dargaville (a legend of a man I might add and inspirational seeing his massive triceps around town when I was young!) at age 16 I deadlifted 220kg, squatted 160kg and benched 130kg. I had 18inch upper arms and 16 inch forearms at age 17 and could do 8 reps with a 100kg bar for standing biceps curls and more for wrist curls over the end of the bench. My forearms have always had a lot of strength, probably from the years of skinning possums during my school years to earn enough money to buy a car and my firearms. By 18 I squatted 260 for 6 reps...and then injured my back so put myself through University. Got back into weights at age 23 and rehabilitated myself as doing nothing was not fixing the problem. At my strongest I have benched 220kg for 10, deadlifted 300 for 10 and squatted 300 for 15. My best one arm dumbell snatch is 8okg and I have done 70kg for 20 reps after only 4 weeks of training this novelty event (did a demo at a Sports Expo a few years ago).

I train a few times a month now whenever I can squeeze in a workout. I am not looking for your respect, and your opinions will always be your opinions valid or not. I was accused of the same thing by the former EAS NZ boss Glen Stollery in 2002 so I issued a public challenge and sent written invites to all major supplement companies in New Zealand to compete against me in 3 or 4 simple strength events but they must consent to being blood sample tested and urine tested at any time leading up to the event, before the event and at any time in the 12 months following the event. That "challenge" was not taken up by any supplement company in 3 years. Speaking of which whatever happened to Glen Stollery?? anyone know?

You say you know how to beat a test in a week. I dont. I havent got the slightest clue. I dont see how you can beat a random test under the conditions it was offered. I stand behind my knowledge of training and supplements and that is what I am trying to say to you here. My days of "picking a fight" with someone are over...but I will certainly defend what I see as injustices. MY OFFE REMAINS TO ANYONE ON THIS SITE, JUST TURN UP ON MY DOORSTEP & WE'LL GO GET TESTED IMMEDIATELY - NO CHANCE TO MASK OR COVER UP ANYTHING - NO WARNING NOTHING.

And as for my ball size..didn't know you had looked that closely!! :lol: but they certainly work fine with my beautiful darling daughter about to turn 1 year old next month! Now that is what life is truly about and it dwarfs anything else, I am blessed! :lol::lol::lol:

wow those are some pretty impressive stats as a young guy,you certainly were strong from a young age.

sounds like you fell in a caudrion of super strenght potion as a baby ala asterix and oblilex lol maybe it was really a pot of sus 250!

You kind of sound like a young arnold!(who admited much later on to taking steroids, gee arnold really?? :) more simularities than one maybe ? :)

ok i'm gonna stop pointing the finger,enough is enough on my part.like you say my opinons are my own vaild or not. If you can honestly say to your self you did all you did on your own natural gifts then thats a huge thing and what other think or say will not really matter to you anyway.

As far as the subject goes on the orginal thread, i acutually agree with you.its your gym and you don't have to accept anyone you don't want to your club.

:pfft: yeah they sold a full range of what you said at the Dargaville High School cafeteria back in the 80's! That's why in the middle of the supplement boss challenge in 2004 or 2005 (its been so long since I've trained properly) I did a 440kg partial deadlift with no straps with Reuben DeJong at the gym..he managed 390kg. I was of course fully loaded on T-MAX so was "juiced" and cheating probably :pfft:

you're probably taking the piss with your comment 2GUNS but it is all good.. :pfft:, by the way you are doing very well for your age and while I never lifted weights to be a bodybuilder I appreciate the many hard hours of grind all bodybuilders put into developing their bodies for symetry and most of all "the diet"..i just ate what i wanted and lifted heavy...respect to all of you who are strong enough to keep a good diet and get in such great shape on stage! :clap:

I welcome you shaking my hand, and that goes with anyone on this site, we all do and say stuff that we should have thought twice about...i hold no grudges and are not on this site for any other reason than to find a way to support body-building in New Zealand once again. If anyone wants to ask any questions regarding training I will do my best to part with what little knowledge I have accumulated..most self taught and intuitive and I'm sure the same holds true for most of the "old" guys on this site, yourself included. :D

I remember Tony Martin spotting me doing 210kg for 10 reps on the bench back in 1999 at his gym and was always doin 400kg one-legged leg presses because it saved loading 900 on for 2 legs! Did same at Fitco in Tauranga once working up to 400kg with 2 legs and the owner said that was impressive..he nearly shit himself when I switched to one leg for the actual workout! Did the dumbbell snatch in front of probably 100 people at a Sports Expo...and Reuben D is still the walking mountain of man he always was...remember that workout well as we had a competition who could hold the 80kg dumbbells after doing the deadlifts! for the longest...now that's a forearm pump! and Brian still owns and runs Brians Gym in Dargaville. I don't claim to do what I haven't done...but they are distant memories..lucky if I could bench 200 for 1 rep now...and deadlifting a wet paper bag seems quite challenging at present.. :lol::lol::lol:
