calf training tips needed

looking forward to post june, i want to close those Number 3 Captains of Crush Grippers before the end of the year with both hands at same time...got both to 1mm away about 13-15months ago when i actually trained them for a good 2 month uninterupted stint...havent got back to them but one of those little challenges that would be good to tick off

I do standing calf rasies with 460kg sets of 8-10. Rock climbing is also a great way to overload and get growth.

2GUNS, and I thought we were all friends now that's the thing about life stories, you only have them when your older...but it does remind of the time when...nah just kidding. The thing is 2GUNS I have a heap of witnesses who saw me do exactly what I said I have done but now all I have is those long distant memories to keep me warm at night while you have your whole life ahead of you, I feel so frail I think a warm glass of milk and a bedtime story are in order...mummy where are you??? :pfft: :pfft:
