Congratulations to all who competed and to Shelley for organising a great competition (sounds like Sheta played a big part in organisation too)...Thankyou the show was well organised, nice & mellow out back and the super duper goody bags were well appreciated

Nice meeting you Flamer, and thanks for the compliment.

mmm you liked my tan....I think I had too much shimmer on- 1st time I'v used shimmer and Jantana base coat (will have another practice this weekend at club physical with Phil Kabakhoff range). Trialled lots of new things at this comp & I didn't get rid of my water properly....sweated my butt off on stage and my tan became a runny mess :x

My supporter's are not bodybuilders so I only have pics of open figure, will post when home tonight. gofigure have got some great shots as per usual  aaaarrrgghhh photos naffed -- have posted some on facebook

a little sharper nato and no one will touch your mass,mr simays will be in the darkness of your shadow :pfft:

probably a good thing to get a loss now, will just make you work hard for the next 13 weeks.

speaking of darkness, put a little more tan on next time too.

how did you apply the undercoats, specifically what applicator brush/sponge did you you use?

Used a sponge to apply undercoats. Would a brush be better?

A sea sponge or the brush/sponge like you get with Pro tan is best, I've seen it applied with a dish sponge - it was next to worthless.

It should be all good, and not applied lightly - practically running. Don't shower if you can help it, if you must NO SOAP and limit it to a 5 minute one - and only the one on the friday.

A coat of Shimmer on top and your away.

Waikato comp was fun to be apart of

nice to meet you Flamer and pk and I think I spotted a few others around the place thanks for advice on tanning ended up putting 5 coats of kabakhoff stuff over wot I had built up with the sunbed but didn't bother with the shimmer.

it worked ok might have to reconsider wearing white in future though

Congrats to everyone
