went to the pre judging, pretty small comp, dont think its worth going back to the nite show imo. all the usuals competing..

yeah very small turn out.i did last years one and it was a much bigger comp.

Nolan took overall and looks like he has improved from last year.He should do well in most open classes.

u can get way leaner than u were at the north harbours, just stop eating cup cakes or wateva u eat

Way to support your local competition there guys :roll: ... small numbers or not every regional competition needs support (both competitors and spectators) without these comps there'd be no nationals

They don't test in NABBA comps, but NZFBB comps won't be testing anymore, so we might see a few freaks crossing federations.

Just remember that except for the Mighty Mark Anderson Some of the winning "freaks" of the 07 NABBA Nationals Did come to the NZFBB Nationals. Testing or no Testing a good bodybuilder is a good bodybuilder due to hard training, great nutrition and favourable Genetics. Drugs wont make the champion. :wink:
