I was doing a little research and was informed that you should train you're secondary muscle when doing You're main one and not to overtrain them, so you have to split them. This is what i was told to do any advice would be great. Mon chest triceps ,Tues legs, Wed off, Thurs shoulders, Fri back traps and biceps.

I do this split at the moment its ok I think he means that when you do chest and tris as you are doing chest you secondarily work tris so after chest you finish off the muscles already that have been strarted on.

I think ! its 300am somaybe i'm not talking straight

Yep - that looks like a good solid split.

Having said that - IMO there is a place for training primary and secondary muscles separate. I'm doing it at the moment - training triceps with back, and biceps with chest. However, there's nothing wrong with what you've got there.
