Ash - I don't want to hijack this thread, but I'm interested in how you find bodybuilding as a vegetarian? I think most bodybuilders couldn't comprehend life without meat, so I'd love to hear how you do it. Start a new topic, and tell us, would you? :)

never trust a review of a product connected to sales pitch for their own brand! I think though that most of what is said is fairly accurate creatine does work it has been shown over the years, but results are subjective as we all know

I agree, just because he is an MD doesnt mean hes selling out just for a big cheque or as in this case his own branded products.

I do think supplementing creatine would benefit some people, its just some some people are non responders and some get adequate amounts from diets so wont see a change in supplementation.

I was reading a medical journal that said their studies had shown that numerous features characteristic to creatine biosynthesis, metabolism, and regulation allow to interpret it stimulatory action in the body as endocrine hormone-like. Based on this assumption, a practical approach for detecting altered links in Cr metabolism and biosynthesis under conditions of pure creatine mono overdosing, is suggested. Strategic considerations regarding early diagnosis, prognosis, and correction of the down-regulated endogenous Cr biosynthesis in athletes on continuous pure Cr.H2O supplementation, are discussed
