OK so I was a bad ass the other day and didn't eat my carbs so I could try a protein bar :shifty: The Atkins Smores are the bomb, probably full off shit and not much protein (17gms) but DAMMMMMMMMMMMMM they are good! No more protein bars BG, stay away from the protein bar section and eat your god dam kumara!

I have tryed EAS Moyplex lite bars I thought they were not bad but I wouldnt buy that type of bar again.

As far as super market brands go the Carb Less range from Horley's are pretty yum. Same with the Horleys tropical one that tastes like a big pineapple lump (but with near 30g of sugar in the bar, I'm not suprised).

Yep the Horleys carbless are good, good price and ratios as far as bars go :nod:

Try the HPLC bar, it tastes like wood, dries your mouth out then takes about 40 mins to finish.

I like Detour Bars and the ISS Oh Yeah! bar. Expensive though :shock: Also tried a pretty good one years ago, I think it was an Optimum Nutrition bar..

the PVL whey 2good bars are bloody expensive but bloody good

I buy the Promax bars from Xtreme Nutrition, I don't know that they are the best for you but they taste great! 20g of protein per bar. I also like the protein cookies for a change now and then.

I just ate an Aussie Bodies Protein Delite double choc flavour and its fucking disgusting!!!

theyare shit tasting, I purchased a bunch from the bargin bin at the supermarket. had to eat them along with a regular musli bar to disguise the taste

I have tasted a couple difrent types from Horleys as free samples and they were good.(not sure on the product name but they were both good)

Depends on the day for me but usually Horleys Carbless. But if I'm going to have a huge day (Snowboarding) I'll go for one of those Horleys Cookies and Cream ones for some extra carbs.
