Is It ok to take creatine if you suffer from Bi-polar disorder and you regulary take medication for this illness??? :shrug:

Creatine is fine - stay away from No-Xplode or fat burning pills though.

I actually heard on the radio this morning that a large study was carried out on anti-depressants & they seem to have little or no effect on depression .... it's more a placebo effect than anything - that's according to the studies.

as i understood that piece of news, the medication only treats the symptons, and not the cause , where as treatment with acupuncture has been shown to treat the cause of depression and in many curing them of the illness.
