This is a wierd one guys this it what we spotted during evening drinks at omaha at our family batch.. we walked down to the beach after taking a few pictures and a crowd had gathered to see these wierd object buzzing about the sky.. They were aprox 3 - 6km offshore and hovered and moved around for upto an hour!!

strange.

cool pic , you had it checked out by anyone in the know ? to me its definately unidentifiable , id say man made what ever the case .

nah its about a month old my mate took a series of pics and emailed me that today... i dont wanna goto heaps of trouble investigating it to find it was nothing..

Its just something to think about.. there was a 3rd one but it droped lower and lower untill we couldent see it but those two stayed round for quite abit. Untill it got dark and we were to pissed to care lol

But on another note... family bach at Omaha? Sweeeeeet. Friend has a bach up there, it's pretty epic, bar for all the shark action.

Btw, what do you think of that 'windowless' bach? Blue and maroon coloured one on the right as you drive down towards the right end of Omaha. My mate thought it was a boat shed. Haha.

Is the top half maroon? if so thats right across from myplace lol.. that place looks like its just landed maybe its got something to do with the pic ha ha if of course we are thinking of the same place. Is it quite far down on the right?

That's the one. Looks like a water resevoir or something. Sad. Someone must love it though. No idea why you'd want a house basically devoid of any windows. To grow weed perhaps? They must have epic skylights, or else they're vampires.

My friends one is pretty much in the last street down the right hand side. Took me a while to get used to Omaha seeing as some people leave their Ferrari's in the street overnight, but after a while I really liked the place.

If anyone actually believes this, think of these odds.

1) There being the conditions for life on another planet, within traveling distance (even superduper advanced startrek alien technology traveling distance).

2) That life being more advanced than us. There's like millions of species on earth and we are the smartest. More than likely that if you took one random species from anywhere we'd pwn it with technology.

3) From an infinate amount of designs for transportation, they pick [i[that one.

Astronomical observations indicate that the universe is 13.7 ± 0.2 billion years old and at least 93 billion light years across. Considering this and the billions of planets the possibility is rather large.

If you think humans are that smart look at what happens when power is taken from the equation, we're back to the stone age. (had a power cut last night)

Doesn't really prove anything, as I said, within travelling distance. Even if there is another "intelligent" race in this universe, the pattens of life here (in our universe) will still be the same as the same basic laws apply (e.g. forces, energy conservation, atomical principals, biological principals etc. etc. etc.). I doubt that a race even within one light year of us could have the resources to travel here let alone the resources to locate us.

You could say the same for any other advanced race.

i think its impossible that there is not other life out there, theres billions of planets that means theres a pretty good chance more than a few of them will have the required ingredients to sustain life, and im sure other species could be millions of years older than ours as well, meaning there technology would be far more advanced and they would have the ability to "fly" from other galaxys which are light years away.think about it.... our planet is only still very very young compared to other parts of the universe. there HAS to be other life out there, to think otherwise is ignorant.
