Clen and Benadryl

So, when on clen, apparently after two weeks or so, you become less sensitive to the clen and it stops raising your body temp. It is recommended to take an anti-hystamine to curb this in the third week (for the entire week). It has been suggested to use benadryl. I have just popped down to the pharmacy to buy some and have been told that they are stopping production (worldwide) of the Benadryl brand which you need to buy that contains diphenhydramine. Does anyone know of any other anti-hystamine which can be bought over the counter that does contain diphenhydramine?

I haven't used it like that 2guns. When I did my cut last year I used clen in a liquid form so it was probably underdosed. But I ramped up to 200mcg ED & ran for 6 weeks. I then came off for 2 weeks using ECA then went back on straight up to 200mcg for another 6 weeks. I noticed its effects the most when I was leaner. I ran T3 also with it but stopped after a couple of weeks because I could not stand looking so flat all the time. :pfft:

f*ck knows! i didnt sell it to u, the easiest way is to look on the medsafe website. though i do think u will find out that u took electroxin (t4)

i think even through a doctor u cant get t3, u just cant anymore (in nz). it is t4 instead. the only way would be to import it a such a way it gets through.

t4 is not as good as t3 and from reading wat ive read on net bout t3 and taking t4 its just uncomparable. when ever i go over seas next i will try some genuine t3

samoan muscle will agree with me as he is the one who told me about this and showed me the medsafe link, not trying to put ppl off from buying thyroid meds at all. am just saying wat i think.

if anyone knows diferently i would love them to post up their opinion, as it would be good to learn/hear others thoughts

maybe la muscle could clarify?

Ketotifen Fumerate is what you want to run with clen, most research chem sites offer a clen/ketotifen liquid mix. Ive read a few articles that argue diphenhydramine is ineffective, dont remember the crux of the argument though more than likely its weakness.

I prefer clen over t3 its produced much better results for me.

2day on, 2 off split doesnt work, receptors need longer than that so best option is 3 or 4 wks on 2 wks off. Everyone is an individual so they may still get results staying on a bit longer... start on 20mcg's and asses your tolerance before you inc the dose.

T3 can still be obtained 2guns.. so I am told... :wink:

I've run t3 100mcg/clen 150mcg two weeks on two weeks off........

x 4 with great success.

T3 is very taxing on muscle ATP/creatine stores.

When you get really close to condition one day you can look sharp the next you can look drawn.

But of course the key is diet.
