Hi Everyone. I have been on this forum for a few months but decided to introduce myself. Im a 29 year old male that has got back into training a year ago. I was one of those dumb teenagers that used to only do bench and bicep curls and gave up after a lack of progress. I decided to get back into it again and do it properly this time. Measurements are as follows:

Weight: 94(was 98 a month ago)

Arms: 40 cm tensed.

Waist: 98 cm

Calves: 38 cm

Shoulders: 122 cm

Chest: 101 cm

Thighs: 63 cm

Thanks for the welcome people. Pseudonym, I assume its fat loss considering my waist was 104 cm a month ago. I have cleaned up my diet a lot. I used to drink 3 cans of V a day. I dont even drink 1 can a week now. I have cut out white bread and sauces. Its a lifestyle change and not a diet. I dont crave these things anymore. I have one cheat meal a week. Im quite a focused guy when I want to achieve a goal so I will be watching my diet.
