U GET DIFERANT TECHNIQUES IN ARMWRESTLING DEPENDING ON YOUR BOULD. IF YOUR A BIG BOY LIKE YOUR SELF U WOULD BE A INSIDE FIGHTER (HOOKER) BECAUSE IT DEALS WITH STRENGHT, BUT U CAN ALSO BE A OUT SIDE FIGHTER (TOPROLL OR PRESS) THATS MORE FOR GUYS WITH HAND STRENGHT AND WRIST STRENGHT.
