Hey there FH, and welcome. Been training long?

Hi

Yes I first started weight training about 12 years ago after my rugby career came to a holt after a knee injury, I had put on so much weight after the injury that I had to find a way to take it off, hence the start at the gym.

I have sort of yo yo'd in the past few years and have not been as commited as I would like(marriage, kids etc...) so now would like to get back into form and really focus on getting back to full form & fitness.

So here I am ready to take in some knowledge learn something new.
