Congratulations to Moe. He must be stoked.

A well deserved first for Phil. The improvements he had made from last year are mind blowing. He's my pick to take out the Arnold this year and to do some damage at the Olympia.

Great to see a guy with a well proportioned set of calves.

Best BDB since Ronnie.

I agree with all the praise being heaped on Phil Heath.

He certainly has made significant gains since last year and justified his decision to skip last year's Olympia to put on more quality muscle.

Plus he is only 28!! So he has the opportunity to be at the top of bodybuilding for many years to come.

Phil Heath is good... but I predict it now that he will never be Mr Olympia.

There are genetic flaws there which will be exposed against superior opponents....

A far more exciting prospect is Dennis Wolf... At 29 years of age he has time to improve and after his showing at the olympia last year has to be one of the favorites going into this year.

People have to remember that Phil has only won the smaller shows and hasnt won against significant opposition. He could only manage a 5th at the Arnold last year.

I have to agree that Wolf impresses me more than Heath but im not making any predictions, all i can say is Bodybuilding seems to be heading in a good direction and is in good hands for the future.

Who has more genetic flaws Phil or Dennis?

Dennis has no lower back, small calves, thick shoulder to arm insertions and very little hammy separation.

The only thing Phil lacks is a wide clavicle.

IMHO Phil Heath will beat Dennis at this years Olympia and hopefully beat Jay (Jay shouldn't have been in the top 5 last year anyway).

The spin-offs for Moe getting 3rd at the Ironman will be HUGE! He has already appeared in many muscle mags in recent years, but his demand will have grown 10-fold with this result.

I think Moe won US$3,000 for placing 3rd last weekend (at one of the bigger events on the IFBB calendar) - which would hardly cover his airfares to the event let alone all the other costs of being there and competing.

Just goes to show that unless you win the Arnold or Olympia, the Pros certainly can't rely on event prize money to make a living!
