Hi everyone at NZBB. Ive viewed this site many times and today finally decided to sign up.

This is a great resource as there is so much misinformation about the sport amongst the general public. It's great to see a site created by and designed for bodybuilders and strength athletes.

I think that you can learn so much from other peoples wisdom and the combined experience of the contributers here is impressive.

Hope I can make some meaningful contributions by helping others from my training experience and knowledge and getting advice from you all when im in uncharted territory.
