Anyone count EVERY calorie?

Hows it people?

I was just thinking, well wondering actually, do you, or anyone you know, count every single calorie they consume? Every meal, every shake, every piece of food, every everything?

Its just that, i can understand all the pros being super super careful of their diet, but i was just curious as to if theres anybody in this forum who does the same or knows somebody that does.

stuff that what a pain in the ass.. i just toy with my diet depending on my goals.. cuting - smaller portions with a gradual carb depletion over the day.. Lean size - More clean food.. seems to work.

Ive gota mate who prob got the best body out of our group and he drinks piss like its going out of fasion in the wkend the gorges on junk when he's hungover.. and bearly eats when he's droping party pills all weekend (catabolic i would have thought).. and rarely does cardio just lifts hard and looks lean as...

Puts me to shame every summer the bastard.

Hay agentorange, i understand what u mean believe me. I have a mate who does EXACTLY the same dam thing and hes ripped as hell, pisses me off to the max i tell ya!

Mind you though, i know for a fact hes on the juice tho, but STILL, he sux! Haha. And yeh he dont count a dam calorie either! Drinks like a fish, smokes the green like nobodys business, pops pills, partys hard, doesnt sleep.

I think im just jealous! haha... yeh thats it.

I count when Im dieting, but its only cos if something's not working, I like to go back and analyse & adjust. That and my OCD tendencies... :shifty: It only sucks for about 2 weeks, but gets alot easier after that. You actually get to a point where you can eyeball your foodz and hazard a pretty accurate guess at how many cals/macros it has.

I miss the days when I used to come home from school and stuff my face without even thinking about the macro breakdown or whether it has lots of protein :pfft:

I'd miss those days, if I could just remember them....right now, I don't miss stuffing my face so much that I'd give up the hard-won pleasure of shopping at the middle of the clothes-rack :D
