NZFBB Bodybuilding Competition Seminar - Wellington

We are holding a free bodybuilding seminar/workshop on Sunday, February 24 from 10.30am until approx 1pm at:

Les Mills On The Terrace, 66 The Terrace, central Wellington.

It will cover many apects of NZFBB event preparation and performance e.g. event and judging requirements/regulations, available classes to compete in, posing, tanning, music, costumes, training and diet tips etc.

Everyone is welcome to attend and there is no obligation or cost involved. While it is presented from an NZFBB perspective, any interested in competing will find this of interest. Just turn up at reception and you will be directed to the appropriate studio.

The session will be informal but informative and will be structured depending on the mix of experience and expectations of those attending.

We will have pens and handouts available, so you don't need to bring anything with you. If anyone is nearing a competition you are welcome to bring their posing costume to have your posing/physique assessed by our experienced judges and trainers.

Just a reminder to everyone about the seminar this Sunday. I've had a number of people say they will attending, which is great.

I'll be hosting two more seminars down this way later this year - one in Wellington and another in Masterton, probably late July or early Aug.

I know Mark and Jo Stewart run seminars occasionally in the Auckland region. I'll also be forwarding my presentation notes to other NZFBB Executives / Event Organisers so hopefully some of them can organise seminars in their regions during the year.
